Damith Chandrasekara

CTO & Co Founder

Damith Chandrasekara Loadsure

Damith brings deep technical and executive experience to his role as Loadsure CTO, where he’s responsible for strategic technology planning, innovation, and, ultimately, delivery of Loadsure’s insurtech platform. In addition, Damith provides a 360-degree view of available technology capabilities, informing strategically sound business decisions by the leadership team.
Prior to joining Loadsure, Damith served as 30dB CTO. There, he architected and built a highly scalable social sentiment engine that delivered real-time insight into both public opinion and what drives it.
It is within the multinational conglomerate, IAC Applications, that Damith grew from senior engineer to technology executive. His responsibilities spanned technology strategy and architecture; business plan development; management; reorganization; and funding of teams across IAC business units, the likes of Pronto, Mindspark, and Ask.com.
As IAC Applications' Vice President of Data, Damith took on broad responsibility for everything from shared data and information strategy to the website, search engine, and its underlying technologies.

“The insurance industry is ripe for innovation. When we look at the transactional insurance space, no one is doing what we’re doing; we can build whatever we can imagine. The potential for greenfield development excites me, and the opportunity to deliver liquidity to businesses when they’re most vulnerable, especially now in this time of COVID, is humbling.””

Adam Fleming

EVP of Inland Marine

Adam brings 15 year’s insurance experience to his role of EVP of Inland Marine at Loadsure; with expertise in underwriting, product, training, portfolio management - including a stint as a broker - Adam draws from his broad knowledge to design the future of Marine insurance placing particular emphasis on coverage breadth, product ease-of-use, and data efficiency.

Outside of Loadsure, Adam works as an election moderator in his local community and enjoys studying languages.

In his own words “success is achieved by following a simple recipe: mix equal parts proficiency, persistence, and creativity (in no particular order)”.

Jim Heide

COO & Co Founder

Jim draws upon his extensive transportation and technology industry experience to help steer Loadsure strategy and product development. Additionally, he drives sales and business development for the company. Nurturing a healthy sales pipeline and negotiating commercial contracts, the Loadsure pipeline has grown to include 60 integration clients under Jim’s leadership, including Kleinschmidt.
Before joining Loadsure, Jim served as 10-4 Systems’ Vice President of Administration, where he administered the company’s spin-off from its parent. His broad range of responsibilities included oversight and administration of sales, HR, procurement, and facilities. He was also responsible for contract negotiation with Fortune 500s, successfully closing business with global brands ranging from AB InBev and Amazon to JBS USA, General Electric, and Maersk. In addition, he played a key due diligence role in the company’s successful acquisition by Trimble.
Jim began his career with a small Denver-based warehousing and drayage company, Perry Transfer, which over the course of several mergers and acquisitions, became Exel and then DHL Supply Chain. His roles spanned operations, business development, and account management.
In his spare time, Jim is active in the Denver Transportation Club. He graduated with a degree in Business Administration and Management from Colorado Technical University.

“The opportunity to build a company from the ground-up has been one of the most satisfying experiences of my career. Where Loadsure goes from here is limited only by our imagination, and I’m excited to drive its growth, knowing that my work helps my supply chain peers not only protect their businesses but operate more efficiently and affordably, as well.”
